From 2 to 5 March, Barcelona once again became the global meeting point for technological innovation with the celebration of the Mobile World Congress 2026. During those days, thousands of professionals from around the world gathered at the Fira Gran Via venue to discover the latest trends in the sector, share knowledge and explore new business opportunities.
In this context, iREPACK participated as an exhibitor with its own stand in Hall 4, within the Spanish Pavilion organised by Red.es. This space brought together numerous Spanish technology companies with international projection and became a strategic hub for networking and showcasing innovative projects.
During the congress, the iREPACK team was composed of David Nalban, CEO of the company; Santiago Fork, Manager; Marina Zaverkina, Commercial Director; Roberta Ferraro, Sales & Business Development Manager; and XiaoFei Zhang, Purchasing Specialist. The international diversity of the team, with representatives from five different countries, reflected the company’s global character and its focus on international markets.

Over the three days of activity, the iREPACK stand became a meeting point for operators, technology integrators and professionals interested in the secondary market for technological devices. In this space, the company presented its main services, including the management of used and refurbished devices, the sale of device batches through auctions, and the Corporate Buyback Service, a solution designed to help companies and operators efficiently manage the lifecycle of their devices.
In addition to the activity at the stand, the iREPACK team took part in several initiatives within the congress. Santiago Fork participated in a round-table discussion dedicated to the refurbished devices market, moderated by Beatriz Gálvez Garcés from Radiotelevisión Española. The session addressed the challenges and opportunities arising from the growth of the secondary market within the technology sector.

Meanwhile, Roberta Ferraro took part in one of the episodes of the Spanish Pavilion podcast, focused on the role of internationalisation as a driver of growth in the technology sector. During the conversation, Ferraro highlighted the importance of adopting a global mindset to identify new business opportunities and emphasised the fundamental role of trust when establishing commercial relationships in international markets.

In short, iREPACK’s participation in Mobile World Congress 2026 was an excellent opportunity to strengthen its presence within the sector, share knowledge with other professionals in the industry and continue promoting the development of the secondary technology market. An experience that not only enabled the creation of new connections but also reinforced the company’s commitment to a more sustainable and global technological model.
